Summit Sourcing Group was founded with one clear mission – to make property investment more straightforward, transparent, and rewarding for investors. Built on the combined strengths of two brothers, Max and Sam, the company brings together financial expertise and practical property knowledge to create a service that works both on paper and in practice.

Max, with a degree in Accounting and Finance, several years of bookkeeping experience, and near completion of his AAT qualification, provides the analytical backbone of the business. His focus on numbers, deal analysis, and return on investment ensures that every opportunity is assessed with precision. He has also completed CPD training in property investment, giving him the tools to evaluate strategies and provide clear, reliable advice to investors.

Sam, on the other hand, brings a wealth of hands-on building experience. After years as a labourer, he honed his skills in plastering and developed into a versatile tradesman with a keen eye for quality. His practical knowledge of renovations and construction means he can spot the potential in properties that others might overlook. With his approachable confidence, Sam naturally builds trust with investors, making him the face of the company in many interactions. Together, Max and Sam balance analysis with action, offering investors carefully sourced and packaged property deals. 

At this stage Summit Sourcing Group focuses primarily on deal sourcing and deal packaging – identifying high-potential properties, analysing their investment viability, and creating detailed investor packs. These packs outline different strategies, projected returns, and the team’s own insights into the best path forward, allowing investors to make informed decisions with confidence.

While deal sourcing is the company’s core service today, Summit Sourcing Group has bigger ambitions for the future.

The long-term vision includes introducing hands-free property investment services, where the team not only sources the deal but also manages the project and refurbishment process, giving investors an entirely passive experience. For now, the focus is on building a strong foundation of trust, reliability, and proven results.
