Max is the driving force behind the business operations at Summit Sourcing Group. With a degree in Accounting & Finance and several years’ experience as a bookkeeper, he brings strong financial expertise and attention to detail to every investment opportunity. Currently just two exams away from full AAT qualification, Max combines his accounting background with CPD training in property investment, making him well placed to analyse deals, advise on strategies, and ensure investors see the best possible returns.

Sam is the confident, forward-facing force behind Summit Sourcing Group. With a strong background in the construction industry, he brings years of hands-on experience and practical insight to every project. Known for his keen eye for potential and detail, Sam has built a solid reputation for delivering high-quality results across a range of renovation and development projects. His natural confidence, combined with a down-to-earth and approachable manner, makes him a trusted partner for investors—fostering strong, transparent relationships from the ground up.

Summit Sourcing Group is run by brothers Max and Sam, combining financial expertise with hands-on property experience. Max brings an accounting and investment background, while Sam offers years of practical knowledge in plastering and renovations. Where needed, we work closely with our training partners at Touchstone Education to sense-check and clarify investment opportunities, ensuring the strategies we present are clear, well-analysed, and reliable.
