We source, analyse, and package high-quality opportunities across the UK, giving investors the confidence to build their portfolios with confidence.

Summit Sourcing Group is currently in the startup phase. We are actively analysing property deals within our local area in the South East, preparing to present carefully sourced opportunities to investors very soon.

• Deal Pack Service (You Do It): We will source the property, run the numbers, and provide a full investor pack (analysis, strategy options, expected returns). Then  investor takes it from there — finding contractors, managing refurb, etc.
   
• Hands-Free Service (We Do It): We will, not only handle sourcing and strategy, but we will also arrange/oversee contractors, refurb, and the whole process. The investor is much less involved, just providing the funds and approving key decisions. (Coming very soon!)
